1. Introduction

Welcome to Trust Money Wallet - Recharge and Bill Payment! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile and web application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control.

3. User Obligations

By using the App, you agree that you will:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Not engage in any behaviour that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of the App.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, accounts, or networks connected to the App.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Trust Money Wallet - Recharge and Bill Payment and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted no rights to use any of our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property, except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust Money Wallet - Recharge and Bill Payment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements.
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Any errors in the App will be corrected.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of @state, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Super, Master and Distributor T&C

The company creates super, master and distributor as their marketing partners. Those who can earn a certain income by creating IDs for people they know or don't know in the market. However, their income is determined by the number of IDs they can create among themselves. In this case, there is no limit to creating IDs, the more IDs they can create, the more they can earn. They will only get commission from the IDs they create themselves. They will not get commission from any user who is in the company or directly connected to the company. And their commission will be determined by the company. The commission may go up or down over time. So there is no specific commission for the super master or distributor.

                           If the company is ever harmed in any way by a super, master or distributor, the company can take necessary legal action against him and his ID will be suspended immediately. Additionally, legal action will be taken against any attempt by the Super Master and Distributor to harm the company. So those who are working as master distributor supers of the company should know their power and work within that limit. If you cannot accept this rule, then you should not work in ID. And if you want to work, then work by accepting it.

14. Refer Friends

The referral system is a method through which a user of the company's app can invite anyone he knows or does not know to participate in the company. In this case, there will be no intervention of any distributor, master distributor or super distributor, it will be directly connected to the company. If you do not agree to this Refer earn policy, please do not use our services and id.
